Which account am I?
NovaCanopy has a staff portal and a learners portal. Applicants and invited collaborators also use dedicated journeys in the learners portal.
Choose your entry point
| You are… | Start here | What you need |
|---|---|---|
| Applying to the programme | The programme’s public application link | The applicant sign-in offered inside the application journey |
| An enrolled learner | Learners portal | An invitation or linked learner account and completed onboarding |
| A University Liaison Officer (ULO) | Staff portal → University Verification | An invitation and assigned universities; see ULO guide |
| A reviewer, facilitator, or administrator | Staff portal | A platform invitation and the appropriate permissions |
| A project collaborator | The invitation sent by the project leader | Your invitation link and the sign-in offered there |
For FYBY, the staff portal is reflections.fybymovement.org and the learners portal is learners.fybymovement.org. Use the addresses supplied by your organisation if they differ.
How the programme fits together
- An applicant submits an application.
- Staff complete review, university verification, and the movement decision.
- Accepted applicants respond to their offer through the personal onboarding link by its deadline. Learner invitations, account registration, and portal consent steps follow as directed by the programme team.
- Learners take part in sessions, complete forms and journals, and develop community projects.
- Staff review submissions, record participation, and use reports and the chatbot to understand the programme.
Why your menu may differ
Permissions control both what you can see and what you can change. Some learner features also depend on a linked learner profile, cohort, working group, or feature setting. Contact your administrator if you expect access to a missing screen.
