Community collaborators overview
Community collaborators are people who worked with a learner on a community project and are invited to reflect on that experience.

How the workflow fits together
- The learner submits a community project proposal.
- From My Community Project, the learner opens Collaborators and sends personal invitations.
- Each collaborator accepts, signs in, and writes their reflection through My invitations.
- The learner sees response progress; authorised staff review the submitted reflections alongside the project report.
- Staff can inspect sharing consent, earlier submitted versions, and permitted contact information.
See Invitation limits for the project-leader requirements.
Privacy and sharing
Learners see whether someone has responded, but cannot read the collaborator's reflection. Collaborator reflections are excluded from learner journals, learner and public feeds, embeds, journal moderation, and journal webhooks. Sharing-consent answers do not automatically publish a reflection.
Contact details have a separate permission restriction in the staff view. See Staff review before exporting or sharing material.
