University Liaison Officers: start here

If you are a University Liaison Officer (ULO), your job is to confirm university information for applicants referred to your university.

Sign in and find your work

  1. Accept the platform invitation sent to your email address.
  2. Sign in to the staff portal with the invited account.
  3. Open Applications → University Verification.
  4. Open an application in your queue and follow Verify an application.

What you can see

Your queue is limited to the universities assigned to you. Applications normally reach it after panel review. Previously assessed records can be available for corrections, and fast-tracked records may require verification after acceptance.

A programme review manager may have broader access across universities. Your liaison assignment does not grant that broader access or the right to make the movement's final acceptance decision.

If the queue is empty or missing

Check your filters, then ask the programme administrator to confirm your liaison access and assigned universities. An empty queue can also mean no applications have reached this stage. Do not create another account to try to gain access.

For skipped university checks, see Fast-tracked applications. Administrators can follow Set up a liaison officer.
