Your reflection: privacy and sharing
Your reflection is for authorised programme staff. The learner who invited you sees whether you have responded, but cannot read what you wrote through their learner account.
Choose consent separately
The form asks separately about sharing your name, role and organisation, reflection, and photos. Choose Yes or No for each item according to what you agree to. Do not assume that agreeing to one also agrees to the others.
Giving consent does not automatically publish your reflection. Collaborator reflections do not appear in ordinary learner journals, community feeds, public embedded feeds, or journal notifications to connected services.
Staff access and copies
Authorised reviewers can read submitted reflections and their earlier submitted versions. Contact details have additional access restrictions. Staff text and PDF exports exclude email and WhatsApp details.
For a question about consent, correction, or how long information is kept, contact the programme team using the details in your invitation. A learner's invitation-status screen is not a way to request access to someone else's reflection.
