Accept or withdraw your place

Use the personal onboarding link in your acceptance invitation to tell the programme team whether you will take up your place.

Accept​

  1. Read the invitation and its response deadline.
  2. Open its onboarding link.
  3. On You've been accepted!, select Accept & Start Onboarding.
  4. Wait for Welcome aboard! confirming your response.

The confirmation says the programme team will send further instructions. It does not by itself complete your learner-account registration or the learner portal's consent and safeguarding steps. Follow the subsequent invitation instructions rather than trying to sign in as a staff member.

Withdraw​

Select Withdraw my participation, enter the reason requested, and select Confirm Withdrawal. Go Back returns to the choice before confirmation. Check for Withdrawal confirmed after sending.

The programme sets the response deadline; use the date in your invitation rather than assuming a fixed number of days. After the deadline, the link refuses a response and the programme can record the offer as expired. Contact the team if you need help or want to ask whether a new invitation is possible.

Accepting or withdrawing consumes the link. An invalid or already-used message does not necessarily mean your original response failed. Check the confirmation you received and ask the team before trying another account.
