After you submit

Keep your application number and check the email address you used to apply.

Confirm submission

On returning to the application for the same cohort, a submitted application shows Application Already Submitted, its application number, submission date, and status. This prevents you accidentally completing another application for that cohort.

The status text can show Under review, Accepted, or another recorded outcome. Some reviewed outcomes are displayed as Reviewed. The status card is a summary, not a list of every internal review stage.

Wait for the programme team

The team completes shortlisting, panel review, university verification, and a movement decision as required. The application confirmation says successful applicants are contacted by email. Check your inbox and spam folder; do not interpret an unchanged card as a new decision or a promise of a decision date.

If you need clarification, contact the programme team and include your application number. Avoid repeatedly submitting the same application.

If you receive an offer

An acceptance invitation asks you to respond by its deadline. Read Accept or withdraw your place. Responding to that invitation and later completing learner-portal registration are different steps.
