Verify a fast-tracked application

A fast-track decision can accept an application before all the usual review stages are complete. It does not confirm university information.

What to do

  1. Open University Verification and locate the fast-tracked record for your assigned university.
  2. Read the existing review history. A skipped university-verification stage leaves its checks unanswered.
  3. Confirm attendance, graduation year, and programme with the university.
  4. Complete the three checks, add the required notes for any Not Verified answer, and select Save Verification.

This is a retroactive verification. It records your findings without moving the application backwards from its current acceptance or onboarding stage. If information cannot be verified, notify the programme team so they can decide the next action.

Only applications whose university-verification stage was actually skipped need this follow-up. An application fast-tracked after university verification does not need the same checks repeated simply because it was fast-tracked later.
