Review collaborator reflections
Use Learners → Project Reports to review collaborator participation and submitted reflections.
Find a collaborator
- Find the learner's project report and check its reflection count and number invited.
- Open the report review page.
- In Community University Collaborators, review each person's role and status.
- Select Open for the collaborator you need to review.
An Also on another project indicator means that an active collaborator email is also used on another project. Use it as a prompt to investigate the context, rather than assuming the responses are duplicates.
Read the submitted reflection
The record shows the person's role and organisation, submission and edit dates, consent answers, reflection text, and photos. If the collaborator has reopened their reflection, staff continue to see the last submitted version, marked as being edited. A reflection that has never been submitted is not shown as a submitted response.
Use Earlier versions to inspect a previous submitted version, then Back to the latest to return.
Copy or download
Use Copy all text or Download PDF for the submitted reflection. Neither includes email or WhatsApp details, even for administrators. The PDF lists photo filenames rather than embedding the images.
Photos are labelled Not cleared for public use unless the collaborator agreed to sharing photos. Check each consent item separately before using names, roles, text, or photos outside the review context. The presence of an export action does not establish permission to publish.
Contact details and access
Reading collaborator records requires project-report read access. Email and WhatsApp additionally require the collaborator contact permission; otherwise the screen shows Admins only. Do not assume every report reviewer can see contact details.
The collaborator reflection is separate from the learner's own report. Use Review project reports for feedback and report-review actions.
