Branding and organisation details

Open Settings → Branding to customise how your organisation appears in NovaCanopy.

Update the branding

1. Select the applicable scope offered by the screen: tenant-wide or a particular portal.
2. Update the product and organisation names, tagline, support details, and other available text.
3. Upload the required logos or favicon, following the displayed file requirements.
4. Save and check both portal views affected by the change.

App-specific values override tenant-wide values. Fields without an override fall back to tenant-wide or built-in defaults.

Check more than the header

Branding can affect login pages, portal navigation, email sender names and content, and generated programme material. After a broad update, check a representative screen and a preview of affected communications.

Branding is runtime configuration: it does not require rebuilding the frontend. The documentation site has its own static title, logo, and colours and does not automatically inherit changes made to the platform’s tenant branding.

Only users with branding management access can make these changes.
