Connect NovaCanopy to Pamba to enrol selected learners in published instructor-led courses from the calendar.

Connect the service

1. A Pamba organisation administrator creates an integration connection with List courses and Enrol cohorts permissions.
2. Download the connection file from Pamba.
3. In NovaCanopy, open Settings → Integrations → Pamba eLearning.
4. Upload the connection file, or enter its details using the available fields.
5. Save and check that the connection test shows the expected organisation.

The calendar offers Pamba course events only when the connection is enabled and has passed its test.

Schedule a course

Create a Pamba Course event in the calendar. Choose the course, start date, cohorts or working groups, and invitation-email option. Review the learner list and select who to enrol. Learners need an email address.

Saving runs the first sync. Check each learner’s result, such as Enrolled, Needs payment, or Invalid email, and investigate partial or failed results.

Add learners and retry

Use Sync to Pamba to retry a sync, or select additional eligible learners and use Add N and sync. Previously selected learners remain selected.

Sync adds enrolments; it does not remove existing Pamba enrolments. Deleting the calendar event or removing the connection also does not unenrol people already enrolled in Pamba.
